Objectives To differentiate stress from stressors To recognize the stress cycle and how to ‘complete it’ To understand the role of ‘the monitor’ To explore meaning making To enhance relationships with self and others Description This course on Burnout brings the work of Emily and Amelia Nagoski to life. Their approach to stress helps mitigate the isolation and exhaustion helping professionals experience through the development of internal practices and an awareness of external cultural influences. Participants will have the opportunity for both personal reflection and community support. This course provides 3 continuing education credits. Participants must attend the entire course to receive a certificate.
